Y or Y1/Y2: the model makes the difference

Single-servo compact models use Y, X and R. Dual-servo models use independent Y1 and Y2 ram control, plus X backgauge depth and R backgauge height.

Y

Upper-beam depth

Sets the ram depth for the required bend angle.

X

Backgauge depth

Moves the backgauge forwards and backwards to set the flange length.

R

Backgauge height

Raises and lowers the backgauge for different bend stages.

Hand crank wheel to manually control the direction and speed of the selected axis.
USB input and backup recovery.

Why doesn’t the flat pattern fit?

See how inside radius, K-factor and bend deduction affect the finished part.

  • Use the actual inside radius
  • Match the bend data to your setup
