Mild steel
The supplier proposal includes mild-steel cutting data. Thickness, gas, nozzle and speed are confirmed by trial cut and the signed cutting schedule.

Stainless and aluminium
Fibre transmission supports non-ferrous work, subject to the selected source, assist gas, head, extraction and the material grade.
Material suitability confirmed with your quotation
Copper, brass and reflective metals
Reflective metals require specific risk assessment, machine configuration and supplier approval before they are offered for production.
Reflective-metal configuration by agreement
Send us a sample or drawing.
Include grade, thickness, sheet size, hole/detail requirements, expected production and whether the material is coated or galvanised. We will confirm the appropriate test piece, gas and extraction package.
Safety, conformity and positioning
Laser safety is part of the quotation.
Guarding included; site requirements confirmed with your quotation
We will not assume that a machine, helmet or extractor is suitable without checking the positioning. The quotation can cover:
- Laser class and the UKCA/CE declaration and technical-file position
- Enclosure and guard specification, access and viewing arrangements
- Door interlocks, safety relays, laser-enable circuit and emergency-stop interface
- Required extraction airflow, ducting, spark control and filtration
- Approved eyewear and operator PPE for the relevant wavelength and process
- Electrical supply, protective earth, chiller water quality and compressor requirements
- Delivery, positioning, commissioning, training and acceptance test

All new machines include a 24-month parts-and-labour warranty. Ask about part exchange, finance, delivery, offloading and positioning when requesting your quotation.
Finance is subject to approval. Delivery, handling and positioning are quoted for your machine and site.
