Protective windows are wearing parts that shield internal optics. Welding nozzles control the weld-zone arrangement and wire access. Their dimensions, coatings, thread and geometry must match the supplied head; they are not interchangeable across all cleaning, welding and cutting machines.
For Carter pulsed cleaners, send the head label and window specification. Cleaner-specific optics, seals and extraction arrangements are confirmed by quotation where an exact match is not yet identified.

The 1080 nm goggles listed here are not verified for Carter 1064 nm pulsed cleaners. Request application-specific eyewear and confirm the complete filter and frame markings before use.
Control direct and reflected radiation with assessed guarding and interlocks. Provide training and restrict access. Laser PPE does not replace beam containment.
Supplied protective equipment retains its original identification, protection markings and technical documentation. Carter illustrations describe the range and do not change product certification.
Identify the coating and substrate before specifying extraction. Paint, varnish, oils and unknown contaminants can create hazardous particles or vapours. Particulate respirators and ordinary welding-fume extractors do not cover every laser-cleaning process.
The listed 230 V extractor is for suitable welding-fume applications. It must not be assumed suitable for oil, solvents, explosive dust or gases. Cleaner extraction is selected for the actual contaminant and process.
Replace filters with the correct system reference and follow condition indicators and instructions. Isolate equipment before servicing, handle contaminated filters as specified and arrange suitable waste disposal. Do not wipe laser optics with general workshop cloths or unapproved solvents.
