Optional website measurement uses Carter’s own counters and Google Analytics 4 to count page views and contact clicks. Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow measurement. It may use analytics cookies. Refusing measurement does not affect enquiries or purchases.
With measurement permission, we also count confirmed quotation submissions, catalogue searches, PDF download clicks and guide print requests. These custom events exclude your form fields, search words, enquiry reference and URL query strings. A contact click does not confirm a completed call or message.
With your permission, Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page interactions to create heatmaps and masked session replays. All text is masked. We exclude enquiry, payment, private account, catalogue-search and Bend Studio pages, and URLs containing query strings or fragments.
