Euram bend sequence planner
Enter your part, select tooling and compare bend orders. Distances are along the developed blank between bend centres.

120 mm is an assumed beam width, centred over the punch. Enter the actual beam/holder envelope width to check your machine.

Dimensions are in millimetres. Searches check sampled stroke positions, scaled catalogue punch outlines and dimensioned die envelopes, a solid Y-axis beam above the punch, flange support and part intersections. These models are preliminary: source illustrations are not CAD. Curves, tip phase and die radii are approximations. Some dies use conservative full-width envelopes; an envelope clash may need a detailed drawing review. Load checks use the selected solid punch and die ratings; segmented tools and mounting limits need separate confirmation. The active flange contact zone within 12 mm plus thickness of the punch tip is excluded from punch collision checks. The beam is conservatively treated as solid within the entered beam width from the top of the punch upwards. Exact holder and frame shapes, backgauge, tool length, extraction and springback are not checked. A candidate order requires setup verification.
This uses developed bend-centre distances, not finished outside flange dimensions. Bend allowance and bend deduction are not calculated.
